The agreement
12-month binding term
Partnerships begin with a 12-month binding agreement from the day your platform goes live. This lets us invest properly in design, build and ongoing optimisation — without setup or monthly fees passed on to you. After the initial term, the agreement continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
What's not included
Third-party fees
Payment processing fees from Stripe and delivery fees from Wolt Drive apply separately at their standard rates and are billed directly by those providers.
