Leon has been immersed in technology since his teens, generating outsized returns by identifying asymmetrical opportunities at the convergence of artificial intelligence and digital assets. Recognising a structural void in the restaurant ordering ecosystem, he architected Ordera and leveraged an outsourced sales model to secure enterprise-grade clientele. After years in the IT space, he founded Ordera to equip independent restaurants with the same calibre of digital ordering infrastructure that dominant chains command — without the prohibitive overhead.
Edoardo has spent his career at the commercial frontline of the same market Ordera now serves, cutting his teeth in traditional sales before moving into digital assets and, latterly, restaurant technology at OrderYOYO. Having observed from the inside precisely where the incumbent platforms extract disproportionate value from independent operators, he joined Ordera as an equal partner to build the commercial engine on the opposite premise. He leads client acquisition across Denmark — the first conversation every Ordera restaurant has, and the reason the overwhelming majority remain.
